My passion is being able to mindfully target the full spectrum of depth, pressure, contact, and friction that is unique to each body and each body part. With superb quality of touch and refined communication skills, together we can find “just right” for you.

I offer present, embodied, therapeutic, and deep tissue bodywork to my clients. My touch is informed by specialized study in the right use of body mechanics, structure, and pressure. This translates to a massage experience that incorporates firm, consistent compression and targeted treatment techniques to address adhesions that are both nourishing and elicit lasting change. Through soft tissue techniques, postural assessment, and range of motion, I skillfully addresses everything from chronic tension patterns to acute injury recovery.
As an avid, lifetime athlete, I understand, firsthand, the demands of high-intensity performance including downhill skiing, track sports, team sports, swimming, and weight lifting. I’ve had a dedicated meditation practice for the past 30 years that deeply informs my level of attentiveness, inviting clients to join me in present moment, somatic awareness. During the past decade, I have committed to developing further skills in relationship and communication coaching through the Love Coach Academy which focuses on Compassionate Communication and mindfulness counseling through Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy. Through multi-modality, adaptive sessions, I am able to holistically meet each client where they are, addressing and supporting their recovery, health, and wellness goals.
I really listen to my clients and encourage them to engage with their own healing intentions, fostering a safe, therapeutic space for collaboration and empowerment. With attuned presence and deep tissue techniques, I often find the edge of discomfort to promote physical change while also coaching clients to find breath and ease within, creating an environment in which each clients’ nervous system can regulate, build resiliency, and develop greater ease inside and outside of the massage studio.
When not in the studio, you may find me bicycling the streets of Portland, hiking with my wife, soaking in my cold plunge, or nestled on my meditation cushion with my cat.
